Preview notice
Flight MCP is currently an owner-validation preview. Provider availability, fields, and response times may change, and access may be suspended while data-source permissions or production controls are reviewed.
1. Account and eligibility
You must use a Google Account you control and keep your session and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity performed with your keys. Notify support@flight-mcp.com promptly if a key or account may be compromised.
2. Service scope
Flight MCP provides normalized search results through REST and MCP interfaces. Results may be cached and may differ from a provider's current website. Prices, taxes, availability, schedules, baggage, fare conditions, and links must be confirmed with the airline, travel seller, or booking provider before purchase.
Flight MCP is not a travel agency, carrier, booking service, or party to any transaction between you and a travel provider.
3. Plans, metering, and caching
Plan allowances reset monthly at 00:00 UTC. A successful cache miss consumes one plan call. A cache hit does not consume the monthly allowance. Request-specific cache TTL must be between 60 seconds and three days. Short-term security rate limits apply separately to all traffic, including cache hits, invalid keys, and invalid requests.
Current plan limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. Paid billing terms apply only after paid plans are enabled.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- resell, republish, or build a competing data feed unless expressly authorized in writing;
- use the service to bypass access controls, CAPTCHA, robots instructions, provider restrictions, or geographic restrictions;
- rotate credentials, accounts, or network identities to evade quotas or security limits;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or access another user's account or data;
- submit passenger identity, passport, payment-card, or other unnecessary sensitive data;
- use results unlawfully or in a way that infringes provider or third-party rights.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without an uptime commitment during preview. We may change providers, schemas through versioned interfaces, limits, or features; reject unsafe requests; revoke compromised keys; or suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flight MCP disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Flight data can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or incorrect. You must independently verify travel decisions.
Flight MCP is not liable for missed travel, fare changes, booking losses, provider actions, indirect damages, or losses caused by reliance on search results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Termination and governing law
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, provider requirements, legal obligations, or discontinuation. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Contact and changes
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@flight-mcp.com. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
